چکیده

Abstract Epigenetic changes have long been investigated in association with the process of aging humans. DNA methylation has extensively used as a surrogate measure biological age and correlations between “DNA age” chronological established. A wide variety epigenetic clocks designed to predict different tissues on data obtained from platforms. We aimed extend scope one most predictors, Horvath pan-tissue clock, improve its accuracy acquired latest Illumina platform (BeadChip EPIC). present three models trained close 6,000 samples various source platforms demonstrate their superior performance (Pearson correlation ( r ) = 0.917–0.921 median absolute error (MAE) 3.60–3.85 years) compared original model 0.880 MAE 5.13 test set more than 4,000 samples. The gain was especially pronounced EPIC array 0.89, 3.54 years vs. 0.83, 6.09 years), which not available at time when created. Our updated great precision an independent cohort multiple tissue types Two presented exclusively use covariates albeit coefficients, allowing for straightforward adaptation prefiltered datasets previously processed predictor.

Building a Multi-Objective Model for Multi-Product Multi-Period Production Planning with Controllable Processing Times: A Real Case Problem

Model building is a fragile and complex process especially in the context of real cases. Each real case problem has its own characteristics with new concepts and conditions. A correct model should have some essential characteristics such as: being compatible with real conditions, being of sufficient accuracy, being logically traceable and etc. This paper discusses how to build an efficient mode...

A fuzzy multi-objective model for a project management problem

In this research, the multi-objective project management decision problem with fuzzy goals and fuzzy constraints are considered. We constitute α-cut approach and two various fuzzy goal programming solution methods for solving the Multi-Objective Project Management (MOPM) decision problem under fuzzy environments. The Interactive fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (i-FMOLP) and Weighted Ad...

A New Multi-objective Model for Multi-mode Project Planning with Risk

The purpose of this problem is to choose a set of project activities for crashing, in a way that the expected project time, cost and risk are minimized and the expected quality is maximized. In this problem, each project activity can be performed with a specific executive mode. Each executive mode is characterized with four measures, namely the expected time, cost, quality and risk. In this pap...
